About Randall H
Randall Harder is news director for Three Eagles Communications in Mankato.
A 1988 graduate of Southwest State University, Randall has worked for Minnesota radio stations for over 20 years.
As a news reporter, Randall has won several awards, including a Citation from the national AP Managing Editors Association.
As a sports broadcaster, Harder has called games for the Minnesota State men’s hockey team, the Minnesota Purple Rage of the Indoor Football League and the Mankato MoonDogs of the Northwoods League. He has also done freelance college football.
In 2006 he was the radio voice of the Northwoods League All-Star Game for NWL Radio Network stations.
He also spent three years as the public address voice for MSU men’s hockey at the Midwest Wireless (now Alltel...ummmm Verizon Wireless) Civic Center.
He also received awards from the Minnesota Associated Press for his play-by-play and sports features.
He is married and resides with his family in St. Peter.
