Contest Rules

THREE EAGLES COMMUNICATIONS “GENERAL CONTEST RULES”

All participants must be 16/19/21 years of age or older, depending on the contest.

Persons may win only one prize from Three Eagles Communications every 30 day period. Individual Station Contests might also specify one winner per household or company.

Persons may only win one (1) major (valued at over $500.00) prize within a 12 month period from each Three Eagles’ Station. In the event a person wins two major prizes within a 12-month period from the same Station, the first prize won must be accepted, forfeiting subsequent winnings.

Prizes must be claimed within 30 days, and must be accepted as is or forfeited.

Winners are responsible for any and all taxes incurred as a result of their winnings. Each winner of prize(s) valued at or with a combined value of at least $600 will receive an IRS 1099 form at the end of the calendar year. Some prizes may require the winner to pay sales tax in addition.

All winners must meet all individual Station Contest eligibility requirements, which include but are not limited to, providing picture identification, social security number, and signing a release form in order to receive the prizes won.

Winners of Station Contests, by their acceptance of prize(s), release Three Eagles Communications to use their name, voice and likeness in any or all Station publicity surrounding the Contest promotion

The decisions of Three Eagles Communications’ Management are final.

Three Eagles Communications employees and their relatives, sponsor employees and their relatives, live remote sponsor employees and their relatives, and any other radio station’s employees and their relatives, are ineligible to win the prizes. “Relative” includes spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not).
Station reserves the right to stop the promotion at any time for any reason, including a national disaster, terrorist activity (or the threat thereof), or any other event reasonably beyond the control of Station.

In the event Winner is subject to any order or legal process issued by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the affairs of Winner (i.e. - garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien, and the like), Station’s delivery of prizes to the official representative of the governmental entity claiming a right to the prizes shall be deemed to be awarding the prizes to Winner. Station shall be entitled to rely in good faith upon any documents presented by the representatives seeking to collect prizes in lieu of Winner. Station shall not be liable for any claim by Winner for damages incidental thereto.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Contest, all participants, for themselves, their personal representatives, heirs, spouse, parents, siblings, and children, hereby, RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE Three Eagles Communications station(s), Three Eagles Communications, Inc., and all Sponsors, their officers, directors, trustees, agents and employees, -- all of whom shall be referred to as “Releasees” -- from all liability to the participant, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, parents, siblings, spouse, and children for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the participant’s person, his death or damage to his property, which occurs as a result of the participant’s presence at Contest, or participation in any Contest sponsored/conducted activity, whether such death, injury or property damage is caused by the negligence or other wrongful conduct of, or breach of contract or warranty by, one or more of the Releasees. PARTICPANT ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related to the participant’s presence at Contest, or participation in any Contest sponsored/conducted activity, whether caused by the Releasees’ negligence, breach of contract or warranty or other legal theory.

By entering Contest, each contestant agrees to comply with the all Contest rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other substitutions are allowed. Prizes have no cash value. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of contestants who enter Contest.

Party City Giveaway Official Rules

Z99 (99.1 FM KEEZ) and Party City are teaming for a giveaway September 26th, 2011 through October 8th, 2011. The prize awarded will be a $200 shopping spree at the River Hills Mall Mankato. There are two ways to qualify. First, the "party sounder" will be played between 6-9am during the Z99 Morning Drive with Greg & Jillian. Each day, when the "party sounder" is played, the first five callers at (507) 345-5599 will qualify. Secondly, a last chance opportunity will be given at Party City on Saturday, October 8th from 1p-3p. You may only enter once. Ten last chance qualifiers will be selected. Last chance qualifiers will be determined through a random drawing at 3pm. All qualifiers must be present in order to have a chance to win. Those who qualify prior to date of event may NOT substitute another to take their place if they are unable to attend.You must bring a photo id. Odds of winning will be determined on how many pre-qualifiers show up for event. Final drawing will take place on Saturday, October 8th at approximately 3pm at Party City. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

Dream Room Makeover Official Rules for KEEZ

Z99 (99.1 FM KEEZ) is promoting a $10,000 Dream Room Makeover to be given away by Rooms and Rest of Mankato, New Ulm and Austin, MN. (1 prize total).
KEEZ Mankato's participation involves the on air promotion of, partial qualifying for and involvement in execution of final event giveaway. Dates of promotion run 10/1/11-12/17/11. 10 qualifiers will be chosen each week (2 from each Rooms and Rest location and 4 from Z99 on air qualifying). You may only qualify once. Each weekly qualifier will also be included into a drawing for a prize to be determined by Room and Rest. All qualifiers must be present at Rooms and Rest Mankato on Saturday, December 17th at 11am to have a chance at winning and must have a photo ID. Qualifiers may not appoint someone to represent them in their absent. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
